Curated Career Experience (CCE) Workshops are small groups based on specific career interests, focused within a three-week period for family convenience, collaborative and engaging, and are $390 per student.
Each workshop is over a 3-week period. Students meet 2x/week.
The meeting days and dates vary based on career path. All workshops are held in our Seed office, which is conveniently located in Crestview Hills.
This interactive CCE Workshop session is tailored to students interested in healthcare - either for humans or animals. We will help students explore roles in healthcare that fit their interests, skills, values, and lifestyle needs - whether that is behind the scenes in the laboratory, working with patients, or supporting staff.

Location: 350 Thomas More Pkwy, Suite 180, Crestview Hills, KY
Instructor: Shannon Galbraith-Kent, PhD. Shannon has been teaching and advising college students pursuing healthcare careers for over 15 years. From her time as a college student in a Pre-Med track (and an athlete having had an ACL knee surgery), to now teaching foundational college anatomy labs and guiding students to post-graduate paths, Shannon has been successfully preparing students for a variety of healthcare careers (e.g., Pre-Med, PA, PT). A substantial part of her approach involves connecting students to direct experiences with healthcare professionals in her wide network in the Greater Cincinnati region.
This interactive CCE Workshop session is tailored to students interested in careers that involve wildlife management, environmental science, conservation, and/or promoting sustainability in the business world. We will explore jobs that promote the conservation of our environment- from biologists at aquariums to environmental compliance positions at corporations.

Instructor: Stephanie Koch, PhD. As a marine biologist by training and by practice, Stephanie’s present and past collaborators include the Newport Aquarium, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, NOAA Fisheries, the Albacore Research Foundation, and the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership. As a professor, Stephanie has helped college students find their own paths in marine biology, environmental science, and in sustainability. In this workshop, she connects students to roles where they can best serve the natural world.
This interactive CCE Workshop session is tailored to those students interested in a career in education. During these sessions, we will help students find career roles within education that fit their interests, skills, values, and lifestyle needs - whether that's as an administrator, an outreach coordinator, a teacher, an instructional designer, and related careers.

Location: 350 Thomas More Pkwy, Suite 180, Crestview Hills, KY
Instructor: Shannon Galbraith-Kent, PhD. Shannon grew up the daughter of a teacher and always knew being an educator would be part of her career journey. In addition to being a college professor for nearly 20 years, she has been a HS soccer coach, a church youth mentor, an ecology summer camp developer, and also held an National Science Foundation GK-12 Fellowship while at Rutgers University. In this engaging workshop, Shannon uses her experience to help students identify educational pathways while also engaging students with direct connections to her extensive network of educator colleagues (e.g., administrators, teachers and coaches, professors, corporate trainers).
This interactive CCE Workshop session is tailored to those students interested in a career in science, technology, engineering, or math. Careers in these fields spans so many societal roles - including data analytics for a big logistics company, formulating new medicines at a pharmaceutical company, designing systems for efficient energy production, and teaching and researching at a university, to name just a few. In this workshop, we will work to help students discover where they will thrive in this diverse field of interest.

Instructor: Stephanie Koch, PhD. Prior to becoming a professor, Stephanie worked for a software company helping to develop a program that would assist biologists in their use of NASA satellite imagery products. She also worked with an engineer who designed and built electronic tags for animals (This experience almost led her to a PhD in engineering!). As a professor, she applied her insights from her research collaborations to helping college students find their place in the STEM fields. In this workshop, she brings her experiences to connect students to their own roles in the field of STEM.
Keeping your options open? Need some help choosing? This workshop is for you! In this workshop, we help students survey a variety of careers - beginning with societal purpose and then drilling down to roles that will best suit the student's interests, skills, values, and lifestyle needs. High school is definitely a great time to keep your options open and explore all the possibilities open to you. This workshop will not only help you explore, but will also give you the tools and information to help you decide.

Instructor: Stephanie Koch, PhD. Always a person of many interests, Stephanie considered many different career paths through her own career journey including truck driver, agriculture, education, marine biology, math, world religions, creative writing, engineering, fisheries science, psychology, and carpentry! She is an expert in finding opportunities to try-out (and deciding among) different interests. In this workshop, she loves helping students discover and forge their own unique path.
